What to Do When You Don’t Know What to Do: Getting Comfortable with Improvising in FI and Private ATM Sheri Cohen will bring in a framework for understanding FI as spontaneous composition that includes both structure and freedom, knowns and unknowns. She’ll facilitate some experiences to help practitioners get more comfortable with all the choice-making we do during a lesson. This aspect of our work can be accessible to all Feldies, from novices to old hats. You will leave the meeting with rituals and activities to use during your lessons, whether in-person or online. About Sheri. Sheri Cohen, Assistant Feldenkrais Trainer, (she/her), has had a lively practice, in Seattle, and more recently online, since 1998.
