We stand in solidarity with those who oppose the systemic perpetration of violence and oppression against people of color in the United States throughout its history.  We also embrace and acknowledge the full potential and humanity of individuals regardless of age, gender, gender identity, race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, physical appearance, disability, or sexual orientation. We recognize that we have work to do, as individuals and as an organization, to live up to the promise of the Feldenkrais Method® of somatic education: to restore each person to their human dignity, and to foster the health of individuals and communities so they can live their vowed and unavowed dreams. We pledge to use our profession to help people embody freedom from trauma and hatred.

We invite all members of our Feldenkrais® community, especially people of color who have not been well represented previously, to offer input to our organization to help us move forward at this important moment in history.
