Loading Events

Release tension and discomfort in your neck and jaw.  Increase coordination and movement in your shoulders and upper back.  Discover the role your eyes play in posture and balance, reaching, turning, bending and walking.  Find graceful expression in relaxed, upright, confident movement.
Lessons will be done lying on the floor, sitting and standing.
