9 weekly LIVE Classes beginning March 26.
The Self-Image is the Core from which we move, act, think and even feel.
Dr. Feldenkrais had an idea about the self-image being much broader than the social self-image that is in popular psychology — we use it to generate our thoughts and actions.

You make mistakes, or you feel stiff and achey. These are examples that arise from an incomplete self-image. Yet, you are probably unaware of your self-image being incomplete.
Improving your Self-Image through clarifying it.
The process of learning to throw a ball is, in part, a process of perfecting that aspect of the self-image such that we can send the ball in the angle and speed to it reaches the target and with the desired impact.
In this series you learn this new concept and how you can use it to inform your understanding of how you move. Further, you will learn tools and processes for improving it.
Each week, for 9 weeks there is a different class, tailored to what you need.
At the end of each class there is time for discussion, to debrief, to deepen your understanding.
Each class is recorded, so if you miss a lesson, you can do it online in your own time.
