OC Bus:
Most people use the local bus system, which is both easy to navigate and affordable. Its 77 bus routes can be used with either a 30-day pass or by paying $2 per ride.

People heading outside of Orange County can take advantage of the Metrolink, which is a system of eight metro lines that service Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties. You may pay for one trip or for 7-day or 30-day passes.

Taxis/Uber/Lyft
With traditional taxis and apps such as Uber and Lyft, catching a ride has never been easier. With companies such as Uber and Lyft, you can request a safe and affordable ride at any time simply by using an app on your smartphone. Taxicabs are generally available within 15 minutes. The taxi’s meter starts at $1.90 and 20 cents is charged for each one-seventh of a mile, amounting to $3.30 for the first mile; $1.60 for each mile thereafter.
