Policies:
Cancellation policy: The registration cancellation deadline is May 18, 2020. If you cancel by May 18, 2020, a $100 processing fee will be deducted from any refund issued. There will be no refunds issued for any cancellations after May 18, 2020.
Consent to be recorded and photographed: Registration and attendance at, or participation in the Feldenkrais Method® Conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant’s (or attendee’s) image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions and audio recordings of such events and activities hosted by FGNA, FEFNA and any other third parties operating onsite during the conference, including but not limited to the venue, the host city and any local media in attendance. Anyone onsite may have the capacity to take photos, videos or record audio on their personal devices. FGNA and FEFNA cannot prevent this activity nor can we guarantee that you will not be recorded or photographed. We request that you refrain from recording workshops and special events. Our designated vendor will be recording the conference events and will offer these recordings for sale onsite and online after the conference.
