I have worked with hundreds of women through the years, each one sharing experiences of disconnection, objectification and pain when it comes to their own bodies.
For years, I have felt called to offer a space specifically for women to compassionately witness the ways that they have learned to protect themselves — and to discover new sources of strength, ownership and ease in both body and mind.
This weekly class is that space.
Each week we will meet over Zoom and engage in a 50 minute Awareness Through Movement® lesson, followed by optional discussion.
Please prepare a comfortable area for yourself on the floor where you can lie down.
Optional items to consider:
– A blanket
– Something to write with
– Garden pads (or small bolster) for head support if needed
This online Awareness Through Movement class meets weekly from 5pm-6pm PST over Zoom.
