Bring a padded blanket or mat to lie on (like a moving blanket or folded comforter).

This is a very small group with personalized attention, care, and connection (usually about 3 participants).

Sliding scale: $20 – $50. All are welcome—no one turned away for lack of funds. (Cash, check, or Venmo.)

Access info for Etowah Lions Club: Paved sidewalk leads from paved parking lot into building–no steps. The class is led verbally (not visually) – no ASL provided. Bathrooms available. Masks are not currently required but can be if needed. I will not touch you unless you ask. Lessons are often done lying on the floor on your back, side, or front, but can also be done in a chair—please let me know if you would prefer a chair lesson so I can be prepared. Childcare is not currently provided. Please let me know your access needs so I can accommodate them: (828) 278-8239.
