Series 4. – Cultivate Your Positive Subconscious Mind, reorganize your eyes, head and feet

July 14 @ 12:00 pm 1:30 pm EDT

In Series 4, we will focus on breaking through our subconscious stagnation to cultivate our positive mindset. To improve your healthy life, your conscious mind needs to believe that you can succeed.  If negative thoughts or doubts about your success exist, your subconscious mind can be stuck in a vicious circle. Our subconscious mind regulates our vital functions, such as digestion, circulation, and breathing. So your subconscious mind is shaped by negative thoughts, which interfere with and delay your success.  Our conscious mind exists in a part of our brain called the cerebral cortex. Its function is “reasoning ” based on past experiences and the body’s current state.  The nature of human beings is to evolve as we improve our lives and ourselves constantly. So there is every reason to heal or improve our lives. Our subconscious is formed by life experiences to defend who we are. When life experiences are all positive, life is much easier. But all of us are here for a maturing soul; that’s why life gives us various challenges to overcome, for the purpose of gaining wisdom and power to access infinite energy.  Being on the Earth is just like being in a school.  We are studying ourselves as being in the current life. However, many of us are blinded by fear or ego, which reduces our potential. Posture reflects our attitude and reveals our level of subconscious and awareness. In my Posture Balance practice, my clients shared their experiences with me, including health, family, and financial challenges that clouded their subconscious. So I apply all the lessons learned to reduce the cloud and begin accessing the infinite energy in Series 4. We can tap into our infinite potential for improving our lives in many ways.
