Move better. Feel stronger. Stay active.

As we get older, maintaining strength isn’t simply about working harder. How well you coordinate your muscles, joints, balance and attention can make an enormous difference to how comfortably and confidently you move.

In these specially curated Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement® classes, Sonja Johansson helps you discover easier, more efficient ways to move. By paying attention to how you move, you’ll explore practical ways to improve your strength, balance and mobility for everyday life.

Classes are especially suited to adults who want to remain active as they age. Particularly suited to post-menopausal women who find that conventional exercise doesn’t always take into account an older body’s changing needs.
