Functional Integration Demonstrations

The Feldenkrais Method® is not only movement classes but also contains an in-person, hands-on approach called Functional Integration®. We will gather next to our office on the back patio of the almost-open Pup Wine Bar.
All participants will be invited to throw their name into a hat. We will draw two names, and those lucky winners will experience a 30-minute Functional Integration® session, while others are invited to watch the pre- and post-transformation of the two people.
You have likely never seen anything like Functional Integration®. And watching two sessions side-by-side unfold very differently will be entrancing.
Our office will also be open next door to wander around and even take a fun Feldenkrais® quiz.
