Discover what conventional fitness often leaves out.

Join four Feldenkrais® practitioners for an afternoon exploring common assumptions about posture, strength, effort and movement. Each 60-minute session combines an accessible introduction with a guided movement experience giving you an opportunity to discover how paying attention to sensation can change the way you organize yourself and move.

You will explore how finding your vertical axis can support easier movement, why simply adding strength to inefficient patterns may not be the answer and how the Feldenkrais Method® can offer a different perspective on exercise.
