My name is Connor, I am a Feldenkrais practitioner in the DC area and I am excited to work with you! I discovered the Feldenkrais Method® while working as a dancer in New York City. In 2013, I began studying Feldenkrais with Rebecca Davis and graduated from David Zemach-Bersin’s New York Training Program in 2017.

Over the last 6 years, I have found that Feldenkrais improved my flexibility, prevented injuries, and allowed larger risks on stage. I attribute much of my professional success to Feldenkrais. My performance as a dancer has been nominated for two New York Dance and Performance “Bessie” awards and featured in ArtForum, the New York Times, the New Yorker, and more.
