In the face of a challenge, many of us hold our breath, speed up, and shift our focus to what we DON’T want to have happen—robbing ourselves of our most valuable resources at the exact moment that we need them most!

This 6 week course is a fun and compassionate way to observe your own unique patterns of protection and practice spreading your effort more effectively inside of a challenge. Each lesson will build on the one before it, so this series will be sold as a package. Lessons will be recorded and sent out to all who sign up in case you need to miss a week or two.

We will meet over Zoom (11am Pacific Time) to engage in a 50 minute movement sequence, followed by optional discussion and reflection.

What you will need:

– 4 hardback books, large enough to cover the entire sole of your foot (children’s picture books , light coffee table books or sketch books work well)

– A space on the floor that is large enough that you could make a snow angel

– An open mind and a playful spirit
