This gentle 6-class series helps you sit with more ease, breathe more freely, and reduce neck and shoulder strain.

In these lessons, you’ll learn simple, practical ways to:
• turn and look without strain
• sit more comfortably for longer periods
• breathe more easily while sitting
• move out of the chair with less effort
You can join live or use the recordings if you miss a class
