March classes will focus on posture–how Awareness Through Movement® can help us negotiate with gravity so we can sit, stand and walk with greater presence and ease. The lessons this month will focus on finding more space and length in the spine and accessing the spine-supporting muscles of the abdomen, pelvic floor, and back. Gravity is a constant, but you can learn to sense it and use it to give you more freedom.
