Lesson for Soul Maturity – Improve Your Digestibility of Life

October 1 @ 4:30 pm 6:30 pm EDT

Free Lesson for Soul Maturity – Improve Your Digestibility of Life

Part 1 of the 2-Part Free Introductory Seminar & Workshop

My Feldenkrais® practice focuses on the maturity of our soul. Dr. Feldenkrais learned Judo, a Japanese martial art that has the common purpose of the Study of Self, which is also aligned with Zen Buddhism – both having a common goal of maturing our soul. When we stagnate with excess tension within our physical self, it is difficult to mature our soul. Maturing our soul means moving forward in our daily life. So the more you stagnate with excess tension, the more difficult it is for you to move forward. Also, as described in Eastern Medicine, excess tension results from undigested emotional energy caused by improper interaction among all vital organs.  In particular, for proper brain function, posture, and spiritual growth, we must restore balance and harmony among these organs to improve our energy digestion, reduce excess tension, mature our soul, and move forward. As such, our digestive function is not only for digesting food, but more importantly, for digesting our experiences and emotions. Makiko will introduce you to how to attain soul maturity via the Feldenkrais Method®. Makiko has been a Feldenkrais Method® practitioner since 2006, as well as a GAPS Diet practitioner and Nutritional Consultant.
