Your head follows your eyes. Your spine offers skeletal support for your head. Shoulders are dependent on the support your spine is given by your pelvis and legs. All this affects the ease your neck and head can move daily. .
Using neurological concepts from The Feldenkrais® Method, you will develop skills that indirectly quiet excessive tension in the muscles of the neck and shoulders by learning the skill of a TOUCH TO OBSERVE, SUPPORT and INFORM the torso so that the head is freer to move – and the shoulders feel more supple.
Freeing your Neck and Shoulders is a two-hour Seminar included in the Touch to Inform Program which offer Concepts from The Feldenkrais Method® with applications for your daily practice; as personal coaches, therapists or educators interested in guiding themselves or clients to be more efficient and thus safe in their actions so they can move beyond rehabilitation.
