When the pelvis experiences greater freedom of movement, breath deepens naturally, the mind clears and new possibilities emerge.
In this free online class we’ll explore a simple, gentle, expandable, layered somatic practice designed to support your ability to move, sense, feel, think & imagine with greater ease and vitality.
In this live class, you will:- Learn movement sequences to access freedom in your pelvis and spine
- Sense how natural freedom of breath emerges spontaneously
- Expand your physical, emotional and creative capacity
- Both beginners & experienced movers: Seeking improved posture refinement, fresh somatic resources, or new inspiration to weave into your Feldenkrais ATM®, JKA, Yoga, Pilates or other mind/ body practice.
