Did you know Beaver has a more flexible tail than Cat?
This online class explores how to
move your hips and tail more fluidly inspired by the movement of Beaver. You’ll also learn more about this keystone animal who has a critical role in building wetlands and purifying water. Beavers, if we can work with them with creating and managing sustainable habitats, may help us survive this century of rising temperatures and the coming 6th Wave Extinction.
Yes, today is an exceptionally dire time with temperatures rising at faster rates like no other time in history other than an asteroid attack during the dinosaur age 66 million years ago.
These Feldenkrais lessons help align one’s body to the earth and the changes going on– that we may adapt and have insights on how to live and plan for the future.
To Register: This is a free online class as part of Feldenkrais® Week.
