A leg to stand on | New students attend free during Feldenkrais® Week

September 30 @ 5:30 pm 6:30 pm PDT

Join me this fall for Feldenkrais® lessons around the theme, “A Leg to Stand On” . . . but remember, this is Feldy-land. It doesn’t mean that we won’t be moving our arms and necks and other parts. We will learn to sense and move our whole selves for a more grounded stance, and a better-balanced stride. Your sore feet, knees and hips will love it. It’s also not uncommon for people with back pain, shoulder pain and neck pain to find relief from easier sitting, standing and walking.

When we have ‘a leg to stand on,’ the effect is not just physical: We can sense our centeredness, relate to others from a clearer stance, and feel more more confident in making non-habitual choices.
