SUMMARY:Increasing Our Balance to Prevent Falls
DESCRIPTION:This class is free as part of Fall Feldenkrais® Week. The lesson is part of a series of classes on preventing falls\, but it can stand alone for those who want to try a Feldenkrais® class. It takes place at North East Seattle Together (NEST)\, which is a ‘virtual village’ of members and volunteers aimed at helping seniors to age successfully in their homes.  About eight students attend the class in the comfortable Fireside Room of a church\, where the NEST office is located.
