SUMMARY:Fear the Floor No More
DESCRIPTION:This will be a free in person\, 10 week class.  We will explore the importance of mobility as a prerequisite for stability and safety.  Participants of all ages and abilities will explore the how awareness and attention are are required for safety.  We fall. Babies fall\, teens fall\, adults\, and seniors fall.  We will learn to “fall softly” In this class\, using Awareness through Movement® lessons students will experience a variety of strategies for getting onto the floor and getting up\, decreasing the fear which causes one to tighten and hold\, and facilitates injury.
