Using a unique combination of the Feldenkrais Method®, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindful expressive writing, this course empowers you to:
> Discover and befriend parts of yourself
> Practice compassionate, mindful self-reflection
> Generate “felt” safety through somatic awareness
> Reclaim the innate healing power of your inner SELF

Each class session will focus on one of the eight facets of Self (the 8 C’s of IFS). By learning to experience and access Self Energy, students can cultivate resiliency and enhance their inner healing process.

Class sessions include learning materials, group discussion, guided visualization, and writing exercises. Sessions will also include a gentle somatic practice (Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® lessons).
