An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating indefinitely
In this small group class you learn to discover your core, strengthen your spine and back. You learn proper body mechanics that helps you improve your posture and alignment, as well and your self confidence especially when you were dealing with back pain or injuries. This is a small intimate group setting with the focus on individual attention, in a comfortable studio setting.
