A super gentle, therapeutic and simple movement modality, Feldenkrais stimulates neural pathways of the brain and thus the brain’s communication with tissues in the body in order to retrain out of patterns of pain or stress and bring ease and increased freedom of movement. This practice is perfect for those looking to increase range of motion, work through injury or pain and create healthy movement. Again, if one can get onto the floor at the beginning of practice and back up afterwards, this is great practice for most anyone.
