Weekly Awareness Through Movement® Class

An event every week that begins at 11:00am on Friday, repeating until February 1, 2019
Awareness Through Movement lessons consist of comfortable easy movements. These lessons enable you to discover your existing patterns of movement, and find new ways of moving that are pleasurable and easy without stress or strain. These verbally guided lessons can be done by anyone, regardless of age or physical capability. Learn to relieve stress, ease pain, increase flexibility and eliminate unnecessary physical effort. Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a blanket or mat to lay on.
