In this six-week series, you will cultivate heightened awareness of yourself in action, reduce unnecessary tensions, and promote a balanced nervous system. The lessons are gentle and adaptable, making them suitable for adults of all ages and abilities. “Self-Care through Movement” provides a safe, supportive, and creative environment for people to develop their movement potential and develop a foundational practice that they can take with them into their daily lives.
Each lesson is recorded and sent to participants within 48 hours of class for repeated practice or those who can’t make it live.
