Movement is essential to daily life. Perhaps many everyday actions feel comfortable. However, at times, the needed movements are more complicated and may feel difficult. Lessons will improve coordination and comfort in how you carry out regular actions – wash your hair, put on your shoes, go up or down stairs, chop vegetables, work in the garden, play an instrument, pursue artistic and leisure time pursuits, or work at the computer.
Lessons are done standing, sitting and lying on the floor in various positions. All lessons are recorded and links to audio recordings provided to all participants,
