~The spine, our back bone is involved in almost every movement we do– walking, sitting, dancing, playing music, shoveling snow, swimming, and resting.
~This series will offer a diverse selection of lessons to mobilize, loosen, articulate and lengthen the spine.
~Through the spine we will connect and improve movements of the neck, pelvis and extremities.
~In addition, Awareness Through Movement® lessons support releasing tension and stress in the mental and emotional body.
