These weekly Zoom classes are designed for older adults with neck and shoulder pain and difficulties. Classes combine movement exercises, body awareness, and education to relieve pain, increase range of motion, improve posture and more! Each month’s series focuses on a different topic.
Classes are primarily done lying on the floor (or a bed if needed) but may also including sitting, standing and/or walking. No experience necessary. Everyone welcome.
