A series of seven simple and effective Feldenkrais® classes designed to help you move in a more easy and comfortable way. You will learn, through small, slow and gentle movements, how to relieve unnecessary muscular tension and rediscover your pleasure in movement.​

Classes will be delivered live via zoom. They will also be recorded, so if you can’t make it live you can do the lessons on your own time.

Each Wednesday different themes will be presented, like:

– Shoulder and Hip movements
– Jaw Relief
– Wrist Comfort
– Explorations of primary movement patterns – flexion, side bending etc.

There is a common thread of Moving with Ease and Pleasure in all these themes, leading to improved mood and coordination, pain relief, new postural options and a more harmonious internal state.

These are accessible and enjoyable lessons mostly done on the floor or a chair. Everyone is welcome!
