In the Friday morning class, we’ll begin by exploring movements of the spine with a particular focus on learning how just about any movement of your spine has (or could have) an influence on the position of your head. Of course you have the power do something muscularly to mute, dampen or even prevent most any change of position of your head. You might be using that power more often than you are aware. Perhaps, you are using that power more often than is “good” for you. If you’d like to learn more about yourself in action, find improvement in the carriage of your head, become more comfortable being upright and find more balance and stability, the Friday morning class is for you.
