You’ll discover that your shoulders can work together with your arms, neck and head to help free all your movements.
• Each day has two classes interspersed with conversations and Q & A sessions.
• All movements are easy on your body.
• You’ll lie on a mat or a blanket on the floor. You can use pillows, cushions or other supports to make yourself comfortable. For sitting classes, you can use a chair, a stool, or sit on the floor.
• You’ll get permanent access to audio recordings of the classes.
