Flexibility is another divine physical trait that we’re all born with, although some are made more stretchy than others. Flexibility, too, is something that, without at least some care, can become rigid and have a negative impact on comfort and ease of motion.
Flexibility is more than gym class stretching, too. Have you ever wondered why, after taking a long, concentrated breath, you seem able to fall a bit deeper into a given stretch? This is a small window how classwork with Donna Wood is designed to approach flexibility, and physical wellness altogether. The mind and body work as one, in unison, to allow the body to be at its most beautiful and natural state.
