This class generally has 4 parts, starting on a chair with Qigong self-massage and movements.
The second part is shorter Feldenkrais lessons, all in sitting. We focus on, for example, the pelvic floor and the power of movement that comes from organizing the feet, legs, and pelvic floor to lift off the chair, or on how to push through the feet to the atlas.
The 3rd part then aims to use these principles in the Qigong movements in standing.
4th part is going down to the floor and ending with a 15-minute Feldenkrais sequence.
