The two modalities couldn’t be more complimentary. Awareness is key to both. Hone and utilize your powers of attention to improve your mind and body from two different perspectives. We do a guided meditation and an Awareness Through Movement® lesson. There’s a Q & A/discussion period at the end of every class.
