Feeling It in Your Core: From your hips to your shoulders and neck

An event every 2 weeks that begins at 10:00 am on Saturday, repeating until October 19, 2019
Your central area–your hips, shoulders, and neck–holds the potential for powerful and effective action, for this is where your biggest and therefore most powerful muscles are located. Once you have explored and more fully understood your center, you can then connect to your arms and legs in a more finely tuned way. Since these arm and leg muscles are relatively small, and not meant to do the big work of your center, using these limbs effectively will prevent strain and injuries. You will now be able to move with a precise and refined movement.
In this workshop, by gaining a fine-tuned understanding of your core outwards, your musculature tone will become more balanced, your movements more coordinated, and your parasympathetic nervous system more activated, which gives you an experience of inner calm. You will find you have more energy and strength for all of your activities.
Anyone will benefit from this workshop, where we will explore power as well as agility–not through doing more and with more effort, but through doing less with more intelligence.
