Exercise With Awareness

An event every week that begins at 2:00pm on Sunday, repeating until January 26, 2020
Exercise With Awareness is a year-round body-friendly exercise class accompanied by about 15-20 blues music pieces to help us keep an up-tempo beat. The class focusses on balance, strength, and rhythm which coordinates us and connects all parts of our body. The brain is the queen (king). The bones are there to serve the queen. And the muscles are there to serve the bones. My class is taught on a beautiful hardwood floor every Sunday from 2-3 pm at the Iyengar Yoga Center 1512 N 10th St. (Back entrance). $15.
