Join us to uncover and change habits which interfere with your ease of moving and thinking. This 4-week Feldenkrais® Movement series begins with your connection with the ground: your feet, and ends with your head. Each week our focus shifts to a different part of your skeleton, and expands to include your whole self. Cultivate more energy, breathe more freely, and access your innate strength more reliably.

As a teacher, Angela seeks to help you connect with your inherent strength in class, and to bring what you learn into the rest of your life. She’s a movement geek who loves Feldenkrais, dancing, tai chi, walking, and baby parkour.
