Improve your body’s self-use and coordination in this unique movement class, which will consequently improve your core strength. You will be able to apply this knowledge to your everyday movement and sports. This class is suitable for all abilities.

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in easily.
Bring a yoga mat and/or blanket and a regular-sized bath towel.
