Daily activities often require that many parts of ourselves act in a finely tuned sequence, with varying amounts of speed and effort. If we have that coordination, we can move well, with minimal effort, staying balanced and accomplishing what we want to do. Learn to track skeletal connections to improve your coordination and grace in all kinds of daily functions — turning, walking, speaking, reaching, sitting and more.
Lessons will be done lying on the floor, sitting, standing and walking. Audio recordings will be provided for all lessons.
