This online class is for anyone who is looking for more calm, grounding, and feeling alive. We’ll work with the body, gaining more mobility, comfort and stability as a result. In the process, the nervous system will settle and you’ll feel calm and peaceful, just like after a meditation. This is gentle class, yet some movement can be challenging for you. Please let me know of your injuries to ensure the best experience (see Intake form). On Zoom.
