Awareness Through Movement® // Online continues with a series of lessons focused progressively on the shoulders, knees & ankles, and low back. For anyone experiencing “text neck,” anxiety, or pain, these lessons offer a supportive, spontaneous space to explore new options for movement. Classes run every Saturday from 11a-12p EST.
