All levels are welcome! Immerse yourself in a unique practice. Quiet your nervous system. Challenge your brain. Develop a clearer sense of yourself. Reduce pain and restricted motion. Unwind the effects of sedentary lifestyles. Rediscover easy, playful, pleasurable movement.
Explore your way to more effective, efficient, movement. Develop a habit of seeking what you do well, being curious about challenges rather than angry or frustrated by them. Take charge of moving yourself out of pain, stress, and stiffness…into comfort, calm, and greater range of movement. I will verbally guide you through gentle movement sequences, inviting you to try them in a variety of ways. You will choose the path that works best for you. You can immediately apply what you learn to improve daily activities, hobbies, sports, work, performing and creative arts.
Please wear comfortable, clothing that allows free movement such as T-shirt, warm ups, and socks…clothing you might wear to a Pilates or Yoga class. These small classes are held in a serene environment that enables you to release unnecessary tension and turn your attention within.
