Moving Younger — Aging Well. Through mindful movement, discover your habits and ways of moving and expand your options. Classes are for all ages and fitness levels and are organized in 4 – 6 week series focusing on a particular topic. Nonetheless, the entire body is involved in learning to move and think in new ways. I offer personal adjustments and suggestions to enable each student to participate in a comfortable learning environment. Join our community of learners to explore movement within your comfort range and discover something new.
