his class is geared towards people who are familiar with Feldenkrais lessons and are comfortable with complex and coordinated movements sequences. You will explore seemingly difficult and challenging positions made easy and pleasurable.

You should be somewhat comfortable being on your belly, sitting cross-legged, kneeling and standing, and the transitions in between. Ideally you should have enough space in your room to be able to roll, crawl, or walk around. If you are not sure this lesson is right for you, please contact Uwe.
