we will focus on understanding and using the pelvic and groin muscles around the hip joint to relieve muscle tension, provide greater skeletal integrity, stabilization and joint rotation, and potentially salvage areas injured by an accident or some form of trauma.
Note for this workshop: For those wishing greater elongation in some movements, please bring ½ to 1 pound (no more) adjustable ankle weights
